Years ago when I was diagnosed as severely gluten intolerant, I naturally thought to raid my beauty bag to rid it of all gluten-containing products.  Of course the scientific community still argues over whether or not topical gluten can cause harm, but based on my own experience and the opinion of many of the leading medical experts in the field of gluten sensitivity, it seems that topical gluten can in fact be harmful to many of us who are gluten sensitive.

Today, finding gluten-free, natural beauty products is becoming easier and easier.  Companies are responding to all of our cries for help, and leaving out the wheat, barely, rye and oat based ingredients.  But I finally created my own line, Gluten Free Beauty, so that I could ensure that not only are the beauty products I use gluten-free, but also natural, gentle and effective.

Gluten Free Beauty is still a rather small, but growing company today, so while I don’t currently have the resources or capital to send samples out across the nation, I also don’t want you to have to wait to try it!  So I have decided to provide free lip glosses for one city’s gluten intolerance or celiac group (1 per person, for up to 30 people).
